Appearance – The wine is salmon rose color and is topped with a nice ring of frizziness making very fine bubbles on top.
Aroma – On the nose, the wine initially displays red fruits like cherry followed by plum and apricot.
Palate – It has intense body with sweet and sour feel in the mouth.
Finish – It has an acidic and long notes of vanilla with mineral fresh and long finish with lemon and green apple aftertaste.
Food Pairing – It is particularly appreciated as an aperitif, during receptions or any occasions. However, it goes best with pork, rich fish (salmon, tuna, etc.), vegetarian food, poultry and veal.
